Frequently Asked Questions

A referral link is a special web address you share with friends. When they use it to make a purchase, you earn rewards.

In the email you receive, there will be share buttons to send your referral link to your friend via WhatsApp, email, text message or Facebook messenger. If none of those work for you, you can simply copy the link and paste in a chat with your friend.

Once you share your unique referral link with your friend, they simply need to click on it and make their first subscription purchase. The £10 off will be applied to their order automatically.

You'll receive a friendly email from us as soon as your friend completes their purchase using your referral link. This way, you’re always in the loop.

When your friend makes a purchase using your referral link, you'll receive an email notification. This email will confirm their purchase and let you know that the reward has been applied to your account.

Once your friend makes a purchase, your reward will be processed and added to your account. This will then automatically be deducted from your next order with us.

There is no limit to how many friends you can refer.
